Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation and must be received no later than 14 days after the reservation form is submitted. If the deposit is not received within these 14 days, your slots will no longer be reserved and will be made available to others. Your final payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to the date of your trip.
Reservations are made on a first-come first-served basis. A maximum of eight people may fish per weekend of operation. The person making the reservation is responsible for submitting the entire deposit. The person making the reservation will be held responsible for any outstanding final payments, which are due no later than 30 days before the trip date.
A 100% refund will be given on cancellations if we are able to fill them. If the reservation can't be filled there is no refund. If a portion of your canceled slots can be filled you will receive a refund based accordingly.
Reservations are held for 14 days pending payment of deposit. If your desired weekend shows uncofirmed reservations, you can
to check the status of those reservations.
